What apps have Copilot and what can it do?
In Word, you can draft a project proposal based on data from a document and a spreadsheet with just a brief prompt. You can also make your document more concise, adjust the tone, and improve your writing with suggestions.
In Outlook, you can summarise email threads with multiple people and viewpoints and respond with crisp messages. You can also invite people to events, thank them for their feedback, or ask for more details with toggles to adjust the tone or length of your note.
In Teams, you can run more effective meetings by creating agendas based on chat history, identifying the right people for follow-ups, and scheduling the next check-in. You can also summarize what you missed in a meeting or chat or create a table of pros and cons for a topic being discussed.
In PowerPoint, you can transform a written document into a deck with speaker notes and sources or start a new presentation from an outline. You can also condense lengthy presentations, reformat text and layouts, and time animations.
