In Australia, the ACARA ICT General Capabilities (Australian National Curriculum for our overseas readers) suggest that a student should credit other peoples images by the end of year 4

As students progress through their schooling they are building a certain skill set with using ICT for learning and for life so schools need to consider what this progression looks like and where it is headed.
