In this session you will learn about:
• The 12 week year approach and how this will revolutionise the effectiveness of your staff meetings (This is the perfect model for developing your middle leaders)
• The Google School transformation framework and how this can guide your school transformation journey (without adding anything to your to-do list)
•How to set and achieve your goals (without any added pressure on you or your team)

Session 2: Dealing with Data
In this session you will learn how to:
• Gather data that is always accurate and up to date (this will save you hours of meetings and chasing information from your team)
• Manage your spreadsheets and make sense of your data (these simple tips will make you look like a genius!)
• Develop real time reports (imagine having a report that auto updates without you touching a thing (yes, this is actually possible and easy to set up)!
• Have a system to see internal literacy and numeracy data with easy tracking from your teaching team (no more wondering if you are on track to reach your school goals and if your programs are having an impact)

In this session you will:
• Discover the 4 fundamental elements to a culture of innovation
• Understand the difference between transformation and change management and why this matters

Meet your Trainer: Lucas
Over the last 16 yrs Lucas has worked as teacher, Assistant Principal, Instructional Leader and Principal with the Department of Education in a variety of primary schools across NSW. Lucas is currently Senior Education Officer with the DoE supporting school improvement through the capability building of school leaders in the areas of evidence, data and evaluation.

Yes. The Boot Camp is fast-paced and pitched at educators who already use and are familiar with common G Suite for Education tools.
Morning tea and lunch are provided. After you register we will ask you about any dietary requirements.
You bet! Please bring a charged laptop or Chromebook with you. This is essential as you won’t be able to take the test on a tablet.
After you register we will email you all the information you need for the day, including an invoice or receipt and information on letting us know about any dietary requirements.
We will also send you instructions on how to register to take the exam.
